Shipping
Parcels are posted using Royal Mail First Class for UK mail and Air Mail for overseas parcels. Postage costs reflects actual costs of posting the parcel and are based on Royal Mail postage charts. I do not make any profit on postage.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of arrival for a full refund. Postage costs are not refunded. Please e-mail me to say you wish to return a parcel so I know to expect one. Refund will be made once I've received the parcel.
Proof of Posting (free from the Post Office) must be obtained and retained by the sender so that a claim can be made with the Royal Mail in the event of it being lost or damaged in transit.
The item must be in it's original condition with label intact. Please also ensure that the yarn is not exposed to tobacco smoke as this would adversely affect it's resale value.
